General Refund Terms

We offer digital services including website design, branding, and online store setup. Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund will be issued only if the project has not commenced within 5 business days of payment. For projects with partial work completed, a partial refund may be considered based on deliverables provided. Refunds are not available for subscription-based maintenance or ongoing support services after the initial 7-day window unless mutually agreed in writing.

How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email with your order details and reason for cancellation. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Abuse

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of service and loss of access to all deliverables. We reserve the right to deny future services to clients who misuse the refund policy.
